I was lucky enough to be at the Chilean Chamber of Commerce cocktail party at Puro Chile last night. In a elegant space and civilized environment (no loud music!), guests sipped Chilean wines (both white and red) and tasted traditional Chilean hors d' oeuvres like the beef prosciutto and the tuna tartare. Cheese platters were everywhere accompanied by nuts, dry fruits, crackers and mouth watering pâté (that makes you forget all about calories).
A warm and welcoming event in the cold and white New York city! One of the last ones in 2009.
