All ticket holders will receive a souvenir glass to sample over 60 beers and 40 bourbons while enjoying bluegrass music and seminars from Bourbon Master Distillers, Master Brewers from Internationally renowned breweries and Pitmasters from the South. Guests will enjoy tasting all types of barbecue, Southern cuisine and lots of bacon.

I'd start out with a beer in hand & spend the first half of the event sampling all my southern favorites (ribs, brisket, pulled pork) with a generous helping of bbq sauce, then I'd move on to the bourbon tasting portion. Then I'll end the evening with some bacon-themed desserts. I'm sure the bacon cookies & brownies will be quite popular!
