Ingredients
2 ounces Capel Pisco
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Several drops of Angostura Bitters
One small egg white
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixer with ice. Shake well and serve in a cocktail glass.
