It is official. The largest cookbook Modernist Cuisine: The Art and Science of Cooking will be published on December 1st. The book with 2,200 pages and priced at $625 will probably make the Guinness book. Pre-order on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0982761007/ and buy a new bookshelf.
